I’m Kassie. That’s me. Wearing more makeup than I usually have the energy/desire to put on and sitting at my parents’ kitchen table.
So. I’m a writer and a graduate of Sarah Lawrence’s Class of 2011 — BA in the liberal arts, with a concentration in literature*. I have Asperger’s syndrome and an over-fondness for notebooks and pretty pens. I can often be found lurking anywhere with a power outlet and a wireless Internet hookup, listening to some eclectic shuffle of the day, humming pleasantly and probably killing fictional characters.

Aspie. genderqueer chick. queer, demisexual panromantic (a rant in which I explain what this means to me). slash fan. crappy knees. clumsy as fuck. reigning queen of tl;dr and of Bad Idea Land, intellectual, academic, and so on. planning to go to grad school — MFA in fiction writing, then working on theology (mysticism, Judaism, feminist/queer theology, telling people when they’re really reading the Bible wrong). I dig on psychology, literature (especially Dostoevsky, Milton, Jeffrey Eugenides, Philip K. Dick, Neil Gaiman, Terry Pratchett, Katherine Anne Porter, and Virginia Woolf), polyamory and threesomes.

Sometimes you’ll see fandom stuff. Sometimes you’ll see serious stuff. I’m very prone to expressing myself in gifs, because sometimes that’s easier for me than finding the words. But, really, this blog is a lot of randomness that acts as a picture of how I feel at any given period.
